Hotel Villa Real Mogi Rules

We are a family owned and operated business.

The prices of the tariffs indicated in brochures and / or advertising, are valid for the periods described there and may vary due to the high season, packages or some special event, without prior notice.
We are a family owned and operated business.
There are no rooms for smokers and smoking is not allowed on the premises of the Hotel, according to article 49 of Federal Law 12.546 / 11.
The apartments are equipped with:
  • 1 double bed or 2 single beds (box bed);
  • Individual air conditioning;
  • 32 "LED TV
  • Minibar;
  • Private bathroom;
  • Hairdryer;
Courtesy:
  • Wireless Internet in all hotel facilities;
  • Free parking (if available, as there is a limited number of spaces);
  • Breakfast served in the restaurant according to schedules:
Monday to Friday from 6:30 am to 9:30 am.
Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 7:30 am to 10:00 am.
After these hours the Hotel is not obliged to serve breakfast.
We do not serve lunch, snacks or dinner.
We are a family owned and operated business.
Children up to 4 (four) years old are exempt from the rate if they stay in the same room as their parents or guardian.
Booking conditions:
Reservations and confirmations can be made directly through our website (with payment and immediate confirmation) or requests can be made by email hotelvillarealmogi@gmail.com or by writing to us on the hotel website. Reservations will only be valid after you receive our booking confirmation email.
The reservation of the apartment will only be made with a guarantee of "no show", that is, if the guest does not show up on the date and does not cancel his reservation in a timely manner (check cancellation conditions), the first night will be charged and we will cancel the others (if any).
The "no show" guarantee can be made by credit card or bank deposit.
If you choose a credit card, please inform:
  • Credit Card Number;
  • Validity;
  • Security Code (number on the back of the card);
  • Name printed on the card;
Comments:
The amount of the 1st night will be immediately charged to your credit card;
The credit card used in the reservation must be presented at the time of "check in" (except for reservations made by travel agencies or direct payments by the company).
If you choose bank deposit:
We will provide the deposit details by email.
Observations: We only accept bank deposits in the form of a check, when it is duly cleared within the established deadline for booking and the same applies to deposits made through the ATM. So watch out for deposits made during weekends and holidays.
A copy of the deposit slip must be sent to one of the emails: hotelvillarealmogi@gmail.com
For reservations up to 2 days in advance of the guest's arrival at the hotel (check in), the customer will have 8 hours to make the reservation deposit, after sending our bank details.
For reservations on the same day as check in, the deposit must be made by 15:00.
The reservation will be automatically canceled if the payment does not happen within the estimated time.
Important warning:
The availability of apartments can vary depending on the time of the availability consultation until the confirmation of the payment of "no show".
No Show “No show”:
If the guest does not show up on the scheduled date of arrival and has not made the cancellation on the scheduled dates, the rate in question will be considered "no-show", and will be charged. If the reservation has been made for more than 1 day, the no-show daily rate will be charged and the rest will be returned by bank deposit.
Cancellation conditions:
Cancellation requests must be made by e-mail: hotelvillarealmogi@gmail.com and cancellation fees will be charged as follows:
  • Up to 7 days before entry: 20%.
  • From 6 to 2 days before entry: 30%.
  • 1 night before Check-in: 100%.
The guest already installed in the Hotel under daily rates, can interrupt their stay at any time, however, without the right to any kind of discount on the amount of the deposit and reimbursement of paid nights.
Note: Hotel has up to 30 days to return the deposit.
Entrance to the Hotel “Check-in”:
It is mandatory to fill out the National Guest Registration Form, in compliance with the rules of the Secretariat of Public Security and the Ministry of Tourism.
The guest must provide a valid email address for sending the electronic invoice.
Upon check-in, a copy of a document with photo (ID, CNH or Passport) will be made of all the people who will be staying.
The daily rates start at 14h and end at 12h.
Bills must be paid upon presentation.
Departure from the Hotel “Check-out”:
Late check-out (extension of departure time) will only be granted on the day of check-out and is subject to availability. Availability must be checked directly at the reception of the Hotel, the day before check-out and is still subject to an additional charge of 50% of the daily rate charged in that apartment.
In the event that the guest does not vacate the housing unit until check-out time and is not present at the Hotel, the Hotel will be allowed to remove the guest's belongings and allocate them to another dependency of the hotel, with due supervision by the manager or guardian.
The electronic invoice will be sent by e-mail and for this, the guest must provide a valid e-mail address.
General conditions:
Hotel Villa Real Mogi does not accept sex tourism and the exploitation of children and adolescents. The offender will be subject to the penalties of the law.
As provided for in the Statute of the Child and Adolescent, it is prohibited to stay in a hotel, for a child or adolescent, under the age of 18, unless authorized in writing by the parents and accompanied by the duly identified legal guardian, and with written authorization and notarized. It is necessary that all children and adolescents present their identity documents (RG) and birth certificate at check-in. (Law 8.069 / 90 Art. 82 and 250).
Hotel Villa Rela Mogi is not responsible for minors left alone and unaccompanied by their parents or legal guardians on the hotel's premises.
The Hotel reserves the right to admit or not to visit the apartments. These must be requested from Reception.
The apartments are cleaned from 8 am to 2 pm, only once a day. In case of request for extra cleaning, a fee of R $ 30.00 will be charged for the service. Guests are asked, when they leave their rooms, to turn off the electrical appliances and lock the doors and windows of the apartment, handing over the keys at reception.
The entry and stay of animals of any species is strictly forbidden on the Hotel premises.
There are no rooms for smokers and smoking is not permitted on the premises of the Hotel, according to article 49 of Federal Law 12.546 / 11.
It is not allowed, at any time, the use of sound devices or instruments that disturb, as well as loud conversations, shouting or verbiage that violate the tranquility or cause embarrassment to other guests.
To provide our guests with a great stay, we recommend maximum silence from 10 pm to 8 am.
The hotel is not responsible for the valuables left in the apartment without a written declaration made during the check-in.
The Hotel will keep the objects found in its facilities for a period of 90 (ninety) days and will send them, only at the request of their owners, the shipping costs being borne by them. After this period, the Hotel will be able to give you the destination that best suits you.
The Hotel offers free parking and a limited number of spaces, not being responsible for any damage or theft caused to vehicles or objects left inside. There is also no valet service, leaving the guest to park their vehicle. All damages, breakdowns and thefts caused by guests and their companions or visitors will be charged to equipment and movable property, real estate and utensils of the Hotel upon check-in. out (closing the account). The amount to be paid will be equal to the value of the product listed on the invoice at the time of purchase, adjusted according to the IGP-M variations.
Any complaints or suggestions must be sent personally to management or in writing at the reception.
The resolution of the omitted cases in this Regulation will be the responsibility of the Hotel Management.
